Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from account settings. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the platform.
• No use for spam, harassment, or illegal communications.
• No reselling lead data without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and branding are owned by Searchyn. Your content remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
